Opening the lid reveals the temperature controlled exposure surface where plates are held in place by a vacuum. An inspection lamp and memory channels make the machine easy and convenient to use.
20 UV-A 60W bulbs and 19 UV-C 75W bulbs harden the flexographic plates perfectly. There is automatic detection of defective bulbs, 20 memory channels and a fume extraction system. Simultaneous or separate activation of UV-A and UV-C lamps allows for flexibility in production.
4 insulted drying drawers feature a fan with an automated on/off switch for consistent air distribution, which ensures better temperature uniformity and reduces drying time. Each drawer includes an integrated fume extraction system with safety sensors and an independent timer.
Features UV-A 80W 10/R bulbs with electronic ballasts and adjustable lamp temperature control. Lamps have the best UV output at 45°C, so a ventilation system is used to maintain the temperature at this value. A light integrator ensures that the plate always receives the same quantity of light, independent of the output of the individual lamps. Defective bulbs are automatic detected and easily replaced.
xFiber Optict Sensors detect the effectiveness of the lamps in the exposure unit, helping maintain the ideal light distribution to achieve uniform exposure.
The cooled exposure bed substantially or completely reduces the oxygen emissions by the plates, eliminating all problems related to blurring.
